Full design, specification and contract administration for an internal and external office and clinic refurbishment for Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust. RIBA Stages 2–6.

Full internal refurbishment, designed and project-managed: new ceilings, plastering and decorations, new floors, replacement fire alarm and electrical services, new WCs and kitchen.

Pharmacy Distribution Centre
Full design, specification, drawings, tender, contract administration and project management for a new pharmacy distribution building.

Following a full building survey, internal and external repairs, maintenance and decorations were designed, specified and managed on site.

Littlemore Mental Health Centre
Replacement fire doors and fire safety works within a programme of ward, kitchen and WC refurbishments across the site.
FIRE STOPPING SURVEY | MILTON KEYNES HOSPITAL
Marlborough House
All roofs and voids surveyed for fire stopping, insulation and water ingress at an inpatient psychiatric ward — working within a high-security live environment.

The Fiennes Centre
Fire safety and thermal surveys, accessibility improvements, and the planning application for replacement anti-ligature windows — alongside bedroom and shower room refurbishments.
SPECIALIST & SECURE ENVIRONMENTS
A sustained body of anti-ligature and patient-safety work across Warneford Hospital, Littlemore, Cotswold House and The Fiennes Centre: bedroom, bathroom and WC refurbishments, anti-ligature ironmongery and window replacements, access control and infection control works — designed and delivered in occupied, secure clinical settings.
Damp, water ingress and defect investigations — Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust, Horton General Hospital, NHS Property Services and others — are now delivered under our specialist arm.
