& Contract Administration
We have experience in providing the managerial and administrative functions associated with building projects.
Building projects often require the skills of other disciplines, such as services consultants, structural engineers and quantity surveyors. At Jonathan Durndell we are often appointed as lead consultant to coordinate the project, and to help our clients appoint specialist consultants when required to form the ‘design team’, and to manage their involvement throughout the process.
Our excellent communications skills and production of clear and concise documentation helps ensure that time, cost and quality controls are put in place to minimise risks in the delivery of the project.
