Housing

We have experience in the design and overseeing of works for the refurbishment and extension of high end town and country properties.

We have recently undertaken the design, submission of planning and building regulation applications, and site monitoring for a number of new small private housing developments.

Whilst the majority of our work involves major refurbishments, extensions and new builds, Jonathan Durndell also undertakes instructions for a variety of smaller works. Examples include the specification, design and on-site monitoring of maintenance and repair programmes, single and two storey extensions, kitchen and bathroom upgrades, re-roofing, conversion of outbuildings into offices, new garages, window and door replacements, and mechanical and electrical upgrades to name a few.
